• Create an Account: Email address used for authentication via Google Sign-In or email/password

• Subscribe to Pro: We do NOT collect or store payment information - this is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2.2 Device and Network Information

• Local Network Scanning: We scan your local WiFi network to discover compatible smart TVs. This happens entirely on your device and no network data is transmitted to our servers.
• TV Device Information: IP addresses, device names, and model information of TVs on your local network are stored locally on your device only.
• Device Identifiers: Anonymous device identifiers for subscription management via RevenueCat.

2.3 Usage Data

• Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash logs to identify and fix bugs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the remote control functionality
• Process and manage your account and subscriptions
• Sync your subscription status across devices
• Send important notices about service changes
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Improve our application and develop new features

• Account data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure
• TV device data is stored locally on your device only
• All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Account data is retained until you delete your account
• Subscription data is retained for legal and accounting purposes
